Congratulations, your child has been offered a place at Broadgate Primary School from September 2025. 

We will be writing to you in the next couple of weeks with your admission paperwork pack to complete and return to us. The letter will include dates for our welcome meetings. 

Your next step is to contact us either by telephone (0113-258-2685) or email office@broadgateprimary.org.uk to accept or decline your child’s place. 

Please respond by Friday 9th May 2025 providing the following details; (either by email or on the acceptance form in your paperwork pack.)

• Your child’s full name 

• Your child’s date of birth 

• Your child’s address 

• Your child’s current pre-school setting and the hours they attend 

• Your child’s pre-school address and telephone number. 

• Confirm your relationship to your child 

• Provide your email address 

• Provide your telephone number 

• A brief description of any medical or additional needs your child has that we should be aware of.
