    Red house non-uniform day
Welcome back all, I hope that you had a lovely holiday. Let's hope that we get some lovely weather now that it is officially the summer term! I am just writing to remind/inform you that this Friday (19th April) will be a non-uniform day for Red House as their reward for winning the House Cup last term. All other children should attend in their uniform as normal. Well done Red House!

    April newsletter
Dear all, Please find attached the April newsletter. I thought it would be more helpful to send it now rather than when we come back after the holiday. Once again it has been a lovely term with your children doing you proud (as they always do). I have ended this term in my favourite way by having talks with groups of children about school and their learning. There is nothing more guaranteed to put a smile on my face than spending quality time talking to our wonderful pupils. I hope that you all have a lovely holiday. If you are going to be celebrating Eid, I hope that you have a wonderful time with friends and family. I will look forward to seeing you all again on the morning of Monday 15th April, when it will be the summer term! I cannot believe how quickly this year is going!

    Considerate parking (again!)
Dear all, Yesterday I was contacted by one of the residents of Lee Lane East who was raising a concern about dangerous parking on that cul-de-sac. She said that at the end of the school day driveways are being blocked and people are parking at the end of the cul-de-sac which means that there is nowhere for cars to turn around. The resident was particularly concerned about a number of elderly residents on the cul-de-sac and the fact that emergency vehicles would not be able to get through, as well as the risk to pedestrians. I am aware how difficult it is to park when dropping off and picking up your children, but all I ask is that you please park with consideration for the local residents and the safety of others. Thank you.
